[Report on Petition] Mr. Small from the Committee on the petition of Alexander Rice & others for authority to erect a Bridge over Spinney's Creek, reported that the petitioners cause an attested copy of their petition with the order thereon to be served on the Clerk of the Town of Kittery sixty days at least before the first session of the next Legislature: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence; came up concurred.-
