[1824] [January 13] Petition of Samuel Gibson and others for an alteration of the Courts in the County of Oxford; Petition of the Selectmen of Whitefield to have the doings of said town made valid; Petition of the Selectmen of St. Albans to have the doings of that town made valid; Petition of Ripley to have the doings of said town made valid; and Petition the Selectmen of Corinna to have their proceedings made valid, and they were severally concurred.

[Petitions referred] The following Petitions and Remonstrances committed in the House to the Joint Standing Committee on the Incorporation of towns, came up for concurrence: viz. Petition of Samuel Taylor 3rd and others of Windsor and China to be annexed to Vassalborough; Petition of Nathaniel Smith of No. 14 to have a part of said Plantation annexed to Mariaville; Petition of Enoch A Glidden that certain lands belonging to him may be annexed to Alna; Petition of Elijah Morse and others of Mt. Vernon, that part of Vienna may be annexed to Mt. Vernon; Petition of sundry Inhabitants of Munroe[Monroe] that the westerly part of Frankfort may be annexed to Monroe; Petition of Lyman for a Committee to establish the line between said town and Alfred; Petition of Asa Brown and others to be set off from the town of New Sharon and annexed to the town of Farmington; Petition of Stephen Clark of Trenton to be annexed to Sullivan; Petition of Inhabitants of Township No. 5
