Mr Hatch of Bowdoinham has leave of absence, during the remainder of the session, after Thursday next.

[Bill - to divide North Yarmouth]

The House resumed the consideration of the Bill "to divide the Town of North Yarmouth and to incorporate the Westerly part thereof into a Town by the name of Cumberland" and after some debate thereon on motion the Bill was referred to Messrs Sprague, Robinson, Hooper Elden & Coburn and tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock assigned for a third Reading.
