[1824] in the House to the Committee on Towns, came up for concurrence, viz: [Petitions referred] Petition of Jonathan Poodridge to be set off from Warsaw and annexed to Canaan; Petition of Ebenezer Williams & others to be incorporated into a town called Burnham; Petition of Bowdoin for a new County or to be annexed to Kennebec; Petition of William Fairbrother and others to be annexed to Warsaw; Petition of Parkman and Monroe to be annexed to the County of Penobscot; and [Remonstrances] Remonstrance of Henry Warren and others against Petition of Warsaw to annex the part of Palmyra called L; and Remonstrance of Benjamin Libby & others against the annexation of part of Palmyra to Warsaw and they were severally read and referred to the same committee, in concurrence with the House.
