[Bill - Engine men &c]

Bill "respecting Engine men, Fire Engines and the extinguishment of Fire" was called up and referred to Messrs Stebbins, Robbins and Nourse.

[Report - Resolutions of Ohio -]

Committee to whom was referred sundry Resolutions of the Legislature of Ohio respecting certain processes in favor of the United State instituted in the Circuit Court of the U.S against officers of that State - Report a reference of the subject to the next Legislature. In Senate March 6th 1821. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Read and concurred.

[Bill - preventing abuses in distilling Rum &c]

Bill "for preventing abuses in distilling Rum and other strong liquors with leaden Heads and Pipes" In Senate March 6th 1821. Passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Committed to Messrs Stebbins, Spofford and Little.

[Conference on Bill respecting Sheriffs & Coroners &c]

Ordered that Messrs Hobbs, Robie & Robbins be a Committee on the part of this House to confer with a Committee to be appointed by the Senate respecting the difference of the two Houses on the subject of the Bill "defining the general powers & duties and regulating the office of Sheriffs & Constables. Read and passed. Sent up for concurrence.
