7. Camp [Drumbs] [I], [Minchian] Hall Washington June 15, 1861

Gov. Washburn I write say that it is impossible for one Surgeon to attend all Sick and of one our regiments if he, is at all [timed write], we have many sick [owed] at this time. and shall not have [left] at any time during the [NOTE: can not interpret the two words following "the"] in all probability.
