Sent down for concurrence. Read and concurred - excepting so far as relates to to the Petition of the Selectmen of Monroe and that is committed to Messrs Hall, Redington & Brown.

The Committee of conference appointed on the part of the House, on Bill "to organize, govern and discipline the Militia of this State" are joined by Messrs Foxcroft, Rose and Ripley of the Senate.
