[Report on Petitions] On motion of Mr. Small ordered that the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges & Canals be discharged from any further consideration of the petition of Thomas Bartlet & others, and of Jacob Oliver & others for a Bridge across Great Works Stream, and that they be referred to the Joint standing Committee on State Lands: sent down for concurrence; came up concurred.-

[Resolves passed] Mr. Witham from the Committee on engrossed Bills reported a Resolve confirming the doings of selectmen of Unity and a Resolve in favor of Joseph Houston to be truly copied, and they were passed: Also a [Bill enacted] Bill authorizing the sale of Ministerial and school lands in the towns of Dixfield & Mexico; and it was passed to be enacted.

[Bill for sale of Ministerial lands in Baldwin] Bill additional to an act authorizing the sale of Ministerial lands in Baldwin, committed in the House to the Joint Standing committee on New Trials came up for concurrence, was read and concurred.
