[174} [1822 Feb. 6.] Resolve granting four hundred dollars to build a bridge over Great Works River - was read and committed to the Committee on Bills in the second reading - and this afternoon at four o'clock assigned for a second reading.
[Resolves] Resolve respecting the Military stores of the State was read twice and passed to be engrossed - sent down for concurrence.
Resolve respecting the Penobscot Indian reported by Mr. Tallman from the Committee to whom that subject was referred was read - and this afternoon assigned for a second reading & committed to the Committee on Bills in the second reading. -
[Bill] Bill allowing additional pay to the Attorney General was read a second time and passed to be engrossed - Sent down for concurrence.
[Reports on petitions] Mr. Seaver from the Committee on Banks - reported that Abner Bourn & others have leave to withdraw their petition. - Read and accepted - Sent down for concurrence - came up concurred.
["] Mr. Dennett from the Committee on Turnpikes Bridges and Canals reported that the Proprietors of Hancock Brook Canal have leave to bring in a Bill - Read and accepted - Sent down for concurrence - came up concurred.
["] Mr. Bond from the Committee on New Trials reported that John Wyllie and Timothy White, petitioners have severally leave to bring in a Resolve - read and accepted - Sent down for concurrence - came up concurred.
["] Mr. O'Brien from the Committee on the petitions of Arthur McArthur and others reported that the petitioners cause an attested copy of their said petitions and this order thereon to be published in the Kennebunk Gazette and Eastern Argus, newspapers
