The Board came to order pursuant to adjournment

Bill to establish the Kennebec and Androscogin Canal Association, was read a first time and Friday next, 11 oclock assigned for a second reading, Thrice Hundred copies were ordered to be printed for the use of the members of the Legislature.

Order of the House of Representatives, that Messrs Burr, Hill and Howard, with such as the Senate may join, be a Committee to inquire and report what public business is necessary to be acted upon the present session, and when the Legislature may have a recess, was read and passed in concurrence and Messrs Scamman and Southwick were joined.
