Resolve in favor of the Cony Female Academy was read a first time and Monday next, at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading

Mr. Dunlap, from the Committee on Literature &c, on the petition of the Trustees of North Yarmouth Academy reported a Resolve, which was read a first time, and Monday next, 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.

Mr. Dunlap, from the same Committee, on the petition of Ergehius [?] Hayes and others reported that the Petitioners have leave to withdraw their petition. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.
