Mr. Dunlap from the Committee on Literature and Literary Institutions, on an order of February 10th instructing that Committee to inquire into the expediency of providing that the Governor of that State shall, ex officio [?], be a member of the Board of Trustees of Bowdoin College, reported "Bill additional to an act to alter the Law Establishing Bowdoin College" which was read a first time and, having been ordered to a second reading, was again read and passed to be engrossed.
