We have rec'd a list descriptive of 22 men only - that came with Morse & Strickland whereas 80 men came -
It makes it extremely embarrassing - we cannot make pay rolls for them - we have no knowledge concerning them -
Why was not a roll of the 80 men sent - have they been mustered in
