The board came to order pursuant to adjournment

Bill additional respecting fisheries in the waters on Vinalhaven was read a first time and tomorrow, at 10 oclock assigned for s second reading

Bill to incorporate the Union Lodge was read a first time and having been ordered to a second reading was again read and passed to be engrossed Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred

Resolve respecting Greenleaf's Reports was read a second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House,

Resolve making further provision relating to the State road from Sunkage to Mattawamkeag was read a second time and passed to be engrossed Sent down for concurrence

Bill additional to promote the sale and settlement of public lands was taken up and committee to Messrs Williams, Pond and Wilson.

Resolve in favor of the Passamaquoody Indians was read a second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House

Mr. Churchill from the Committee on that part of the Governors message relating to internal improvements reported leave to withdraw on the petition of Seth Spring. Read and accepted Sent down for concurrence,
