An order came from the Senate for concurrence directing that a Resolve submitting to the people of the County of York the questions “Shall all the judicial Courts and County officers now holden in the County of York be held in one place and if at one place” What place shall it be”, on the files of the Senate, together with the returns of votes on both questions be taken therefrom, and submitted with the petitions on the subject of the Courts in that County, to the committee on the Judiciary – and the House nonconcurred.
