Mr. Green, from the Committee reported Bill additional to "An Act to regulate the manufacture and inspection of Stone Lime and Lime Casks and the same was read a second time and passage a refused. Sent down for concurrence Came up concurred.

Bill granting a Lottery for the benefit of primary schools in this State came up indefinitely postponed, and the Senate refused a concurrence in postponing this Bill and adhere to their former vote passing this Bill to be engrossed, Sent down.
