Bill to establish the divisional line between Lisbon, Lewiston & Greene, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate

The Committee of this House on the petition of Neal D Shaw & als reported leave for a Bill - & the report was accepted

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of the Falls Sluice Way, was read 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at 10 o clock assigned for a 3d reading.

Petition of Mary E Reed for leave to change her name

-of Ezra Brewster for leave to change his name

were severally read and referred to the committee on change of names.

The committee on the petition of John W Blanchard & als reported leave to withdraw – and the report was accepted.

Bill to set off Washington Remick from Kittery to Elliot – was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed with an amendment. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of David C Magoon & als of Bath to be incorporated by the name of the young Mens Library Society of Bath was read & referred to Messrs Wingate of Bath, Cumston of Scarboro’ & Reed of Lewiston.

Petition of Ballard Greene & als relating to the Thomaston Guards, was read and referred to the committee on Military affairs. Sent up for concurrence.
