Petition of James Holmes & others & report thereon taken from the last years files of the Senate, came from the Senate referred to the committee on the incorporation of Parishes &c for concurrence and the House concurred.

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of Ferry point Bridge, was read once and referred to Messrs Jewett of Bowdoinham Hudson of Clinton & Stemmons of Westbrok.

Bill – to incorporate the Proprietors of Stillwater Bridge, was read 1st & 2nd time and Monday next at 10 o clock assigned for a 3d reading

-for the relief of School districts in Norridgewock & Mercer

which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill – to incorporate the Proprietors of Eastern River Bridge, came from the Senate with the amendments proposed by the House non-concurred – and that body adhering to their vote passed the Bill to be engrossed. The House adhere to their amendments and to their vote passing the Bill to be engrossed as amended.

The Committee to consider the expediency of making an allowance to Albion K Parris Governor of this State, for services actually performed exclusive of those required of him by the constitution, reported a Resolve – and the report was accepted.

Resolve for re-imbursing to Albion K Parris Governor of the State certain expenses by him incurred – was read twice & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
