Mr. Wilkins from the Committee on petitions of Nathaniel Ingersol, of John Curtis, and of Henry Norton and als. reported that they severally have leave to withdraw their petitions : Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence: concurred. -

Mr. Anderson from the committee on petition of Joseph St. Jenne, reported that he have leave to withdraw his petition : Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence; concurred.-
