The Senate reconsider their vote by which they passed the Resolve to be engrossed, and concur with the House in the postponement.-

Resolve in form of Mark Frafton was read once and committed, and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 2d reading.-

[Bill]

Bill to incorporate York Lodge was read a 2d time and passed to be engrossed : sent down for concurrence : concurred Feb. 6th.-

Mr. Witham from the committee in Engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied, viz.- Bill establishing the law of the road. Bill to incorporate Belfast Lodge. Bill to incorporate the town of Burnham. Bill to incorporate the town of Brownville, Bill to prevent the destruction of Salmon and Alewives in Denny's River and Penmaquan in the county of Washington, Bill to establish a school district comprising part of Corinna and Dexter, Bill to set off a part of the town of Canton and annex the same to the town of Jay, Bill to incorporate Washington Lodge, Bill to alter the time of holding the Courts of Common Pleas and Sessions in the County of Penobscot, Bill to establish a Ministerial fund in Parsonsfield, Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of Dover and Elliot Bridge, and they were severally passed to be enacted.- also
