�In Pursuance of the foregoing Letter a meeting of the Said Proprietors was called by a notification inserted in the Boston Gazette three weeks successively, to be held at the Admiral Vernon Tavern in Boston on the Second Day of January 1771

 At a meeting of the Proprietors of Land lying in the

Province of Maine holding under the Will of Bridget Phillips late of Boston Widow decd at the Vernon head Tavern Boston Jan 2d 1771, being duly warned

 Present Mr Cushing Mr Phillips Mr Marsh Dr Warren

Mr Sanders and Mr Adams

 Voted that Thomas Cushing Esq be Moderator

of this Meeting

 Voted that the Proprietors will dispose of the two

Townships ordered to be laid out by a vote passed the 14th of June 1770

 Voted that Cole Sparhawk and Mr David Sewal

be and they hereby are desired to treat with any person or persons who may be disposed to purchase the aforesaid Townships or either of them; and that the moderator be desired by Letter to acquaint them, that the Terms agreed to by the purchasers of Cole Fogg Township are agreeable to the Proprietors: But they leave it to them to agree upon better Terms if they may be able. The said Cole Sparhawk + Mr Sewal to report their Proceedings to the proprietors assoon as may be

 Voted that so much of the Money arising from

the Sale of the aforementioned Townships, as shall be necessary, be appropriated to defray such Charges as may arise and the Remainder if any to be deposit -ed in the hand, of a Treasurer to appointed

 Upon a Motion the Question was put, Whether

the Proprietors will now make Choice of a Treasurer and passed in the Affirmative

 Then the Proprietors made Choice of William

Phillips Esq to be their Treasurer

 Voted that one Sixty fourth part in Cash of the

aforesaid Townships be granted for the use of the first or second minister of a Congregation at Church Phase[?] + called to [?] + his Heirs forever provided he had continue such minister for the Space of Seven years from his Settlement until sooner removed by
