Bill altering the time of holding the Court of Sessions in Washington County, was read a 2d time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House.-

Bill in addition to the act establishing the Salaries of the Judges of Probate, was read a 2d time and passed to be engrossed with amendments : sent down for concurrence : ( concurred Feb. 13th.)

Mr. Dennett from the committee to whom was referred the engrossed Bill to annex certain inhabitants of Buxton to Standish, reported a further amendment, which was adopted and the Bill was ordered to be reengrossed as amended : sent down for concurrence. concurred.-

[Committee on Valuation]

On motion of Mr. Dennett, ordered that Messrs Dennett and Whitney be a committee with such as the House may join for the purpose of deducting from the town of Buxton on the State Valuation, so much as that town appears ti be charged with, on account of that portion of said town which is annexed to the town of Standish : sent down for concurrence : concurred, and Messrs Coolidge, Parlin and Brown were joined.-

[Committee on the Kennebec road]

On motion of Mr. Read, Ordered that Messrs Read and Witham be a committee with such as the House may join, to take into consideration the expediency of making appropriation for opening the Kennebec Road, north of the million acres ; with leave to report by Bill or otherwise : sent down for concurrence : concurred and Messrs Russell, McKown and Batchelden were joined.-
