[Resolve]

Resolve in favor of the Secretary of State came up with an amendment in which the Senate concurred and passed the same to be engrossed.-

[Conferees]

The Senate adhere to their vote by which they passed to be engrossed the Resolve in favor of the Adjutant General, and appoint Messrs McDonald, Chandler and Dunlap, conferees on the part of the Senate to confer with a committee on the part of the House, upon the difference of the two Houses upon said Resolve : sent down for concurrence in the appointment of conferees: concurred, and Messrs Cummings, Spring and Slemmons were appointed on the part of the House.-

Bill additional to an act concerning foreign attachment passed to be engrossed on the House came up for concurrence was read once and committed, and 3 oclock P.M. assigned for a reading.-

Resolve making valid certain proceedings of the town of Thomaston, passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, and was read and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.-

A message was received from the House requesting the Senate to send down the Bill for the abolition of the Court of Sessions.- no such Bill being in possession of the Senate, a message was sent to the House informing them of the same.-
