An an answer was returned that the Senate had already sent to the House the original report by them requested.-

[Message]

Another message was then received from the House requesting the same report to be sent down : But the Senate voted to take no further order thereon, inasmuch as the said report was already in the possession of the House.-

[Bill]

Bill additional to the act to organize, govern and discipline the militia, was read a 2d time and passed to be engrossed : sent down for concurrence.-

[Message]

A message was received from the House requesting the Senate to send down the Bill additional to an act to establish a Court of Sessions : and it was sent down.-

[Resolve]

The Senate reconsider their vote by which they passed to be engrossed the Resolve on the petition of the President and Directors of the Cumberland Bank; adopt an amendment in the same and afterwards pass the Resolve to be engrossed as amended : sent down for concurrence.-
