Report of the committee on the subject of the Deaf and Dumb, granting leave to bring in a Resolve, having been accepted in the House, came up for concurrence, and was read and concurred.-

[Resolves]

Resolve for laying a County tax on the several Counties, came up and the House, nonconcur the Senate in their amendments: The Senate adhere to their vote by which they passed the Resolve to be engrossed with amendments, and appoint Messrs Miller, Wheeler and McCobb conferees upon the difference of the two Houses upon said Resolve: sent down for concurrence in the appointment of conferees: concurred, and Messrs Adams, Ruggles and Cobb were appointed by the House.-
