Resolve providing for the education of the Deaf and Dumb, passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, and was read once and committed, and 4 oclock P.M. assigned for a 2d reading.-
[Bill]
Bill additional to an act to establish a Court of Sessions came up, and the House adhere to their vote by which they passed the Bill, and appoint Messrs Richardson, Spring and Governor, conferees on the difference of the two Houses upon said Bill; and the Senate adhere to their vote by which they postponed the Bill indefinitely and appoint Messrs Chandler, Dennett and Small, conferress on said Bill.- The Committee reported that the Senate adhere to their vote for postponement, and the House concurred therein.-

Mr. Usher from the committee of conference upon the Resolve providing for the choice of electors of President and Vice President, reported that the Senate recede from their vote, and adopt an amendment in the same; which report was read and accepted, and the Senate recede from their former or votes, adopt an amendment and now pass the Resolve to be engrossed : sent down for concurrence.-
