[Resolve]

Mr. Wilkins from the committee to whom was referred the "Resolve in favor of Charles C.C. Carlton", reported the same without amendment, and it was passed to be engrossed.-

[Bill]

Bill additional to an act to regulate the jurisdiction and proceedings of Courts of Probate," came up, and the house nonconcur the Senate in the postponement of the Bill, and pass the same to be engrossed : The Senate adhere to their vote by which they referred the same to the next Legislature: sent down for concurrence, and came up concurred.-

[Resolves]

Resolve additional to a Resolve for the payment of accounts against the State," was read a 2d time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House,-

Mr. Whitney from the committee on an order upon that subject reported a Resolve granting compensation to the Chaplains of the Senate and House of Representatives, " which was read twice and passed to be engrossed : sent down for concurrence : concurred.-
