The Committee to whom was referred the Bill additional to the act to regulate the jurisdiction & proceedings of Courts of Probate reported that the same ought to pass- and the report was accepted and the Bill rejected accordingly. Bill respecting Back Cove Bridge was read 1st time & Wednesday next assigned for a second reading.
