Reports on the petition of Edward Marston

granting Orders of Notice were severally accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve in favor of Seth Spring, reported by the joint committee on the petition of Seth Spring, was read once & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.

A communication was received from Elias Thomas. Treasurer elect, signifying his acceptance and transmitting a bond conditioned for the faithful performance of his duty, and the bond was referred in concurrence with the Senate to the committee on Accounts.

The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed Bill to set off Lot number twenty one from Baldwin to Lebage which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

The Committee on angrossed bill reported as duly engrossed - Resolve for the purchase of Greenleaf Reports - Which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of James Neal & als to extend the limits of the Charter of the United Marine and Fire Insurance Company

 - of the first Parish in Brunswick to amend the act incorporating the same 
                                 also

Remonstrance of Elijah Low & agst the petition of Hezekiah Wyman & als were severally read & referred to the committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.

Mr Roberts of South Brunswick has leave of absence after Saturday next.
