Met according to adjournment

Resolve in favor of the heirs of Joseph Allen, reported by the committee of the Judiciary, was read 1st & 2nd time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill additional to the act to incorporate the Thomaston Bank was read 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow a 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Bill additional to an Act establishing the times of holding the Supreme Judicial Court within this State, was read a 1st & 2nd time and Monday next at 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Resolve making an appropriation for the State Prison & Warden was read twice & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
