Reports on the petitions of William Rice - -Jacob Longfellow & als - granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Reports on the petitions of John Wood - - James Neal & als - - on the order of 9th Jan 7 respecting an additional act to secure to owners their property n logs to be granting leave for Bills, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report, on the order to consider the expediency of providing by law for the trial by Jury of the validity of any conveyance of property by a defendent to the person summoned as trustee ect - that it is inexpedient to Legislate upon the subject, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence- and the House concurred.
