118 Kennebec, and decided by yeas & nays as follows, yeas 36 nays 93 [see appendix page 230.] Mr Calderwood then moved to strike out Vinalhaven and the motion prevailed. Mr Abbot then moved to strike out Islesboro' and the motion was lost. Mr Evans then moved a reference of the subject to the next Legislature which motion was lost. and before the question of passing the bill was taken, the House, adjourned until 1/2 past nine oclock tomorrow morning
