[Bill extending the powers of the Maine Charitibal Mech. Association] The Senate reconsidered their vote assigning tomorrow 10 o'clock for the second reading of the "Bill extedning the powers of the Maine Charitiable Mechanci Association," and the same was read a second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House.

[Bill to cede to the U.S. jurisdiction of Mants. Rock &c] Mr Dunn from the Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as truly copied from the original "Bill to cede to the United States the jurisdiction of the Island or Rock called Mantinicus Rock off Penobscot Bay, also a certain lot of land on Pemaquid Point in the town of Bristol, and the same was passed to be enacted
