Bill entitled an act additional to an act establishing the times of holding the Supreme Judicial Court within this State was taken up the vote passing the same to be enacted reconsidered, the new draft proposed by the Senate adopted, and the Bill ordered to be reengrossed in concurrence with the Senate as in said new draft and as further emended on sheet annexed marked P. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve marking appropriation for expenses of the State Arsenal was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Petition of Merchants Bank for a modification of certain provisions of its Charter, was read & referred to the committee on banks & Banking. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill an act additional to an act to prevent frauds & perjury was read a second time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Resolve establishing the seat of Government, was reported in a new draft which was adopted and then the Resolve was passed to be reengrossed.

Ordered that the committee on the Militia & Military affairs be instructed to report a bill as soon as convenient abolishing all trainings except the annual one for inspection. read & passed. Sent up for concurrence

Ordered that the committee on the State Prison be requested to report a Resolve as soon as conveniently may be, authorizing the appointment of some suitable person to audit the accounts of the Worden & others connected with the State Prison read & passed. Sent up for concurrence
