150 Tuesday February 13th

Met according to adjournment.

Mr Bridgham of Leed has leave of absence after Thursday next during the remainder of the session.

Ao communication was received from the Deputy Secretary of State transmitting the returns made to the Secretary of States office by the Registers of Probate of the several Counties in this State as required by the fifth Section of the Act establishing Salaries for Judges & Registers of Probate and referred to the committee of both Houses on the subject of Salaris. Sent up for concurrence.

A message was received from the Senate by Mr Hutchinson their Secretary, informing the House that during the absence of the President of the Senate yesterday, Reul Williams Esq was elected President pro. tem, and that the President of the Senate resumed the duties of his station this morning.

The same committee reported as duly engrossed, Resolve in favor of Oliver Perkins -making appropriation for expenses of the State arsenal - in favor of the town of Calais which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence

Bill to extend the time of building Oxford Bridge, reported by a committee on the subject appointed in this House 12th inst, was read 1st & 2nd & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.
