Report on the petition of Robert Rogers & als, granting leave for a bill – came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report of the committee on the order to inquire into the expediency of repealing the proviso in the Resolve passed February 28th 1826 for repairing & completing the State road from Baring to Houlton plantation near Baskahegan, that it is not expedient to repeal said proviso, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence & the House recommitted the report. Sent up for concurrence
