Resolve in favor of the town of Pittsfield, was read once tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.

The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of Edgecomb Bridge - - act additional to an act incorporating the Merchants Bank - - act to extend the time for building Rumford Bridge- -act to extend the time of building Oxford Bridge- -act explanatory of the act establishing the County of Waldo- -additional act respecting the passing of Fish in seven mile brook in Vassalboro- -act repealing the act to set of Cornelius Thompson and his estate from the town of Bowdoin to the town of Lisbon- which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence-

The same committee reported as duly engrossed - Resolve for locating road from Mattanawcook to Houlton - - concerning Greenleafs Reports- -in favor of Abel Gibson- which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve respecting the North Eastern boundary of the State, reported by the committee to whom was referred so much of the Governors Message as relates to the North Eastern boundary, was read once and Monday next at 11 oclock assigned for a second reading & 500 copies ordered to be printed for the use of the members.

Bill regulating the sale of Lottery Tickets, and the drawing of Lotteries authorized by this State, was called up, further amended, and ordered to lie on the table until ten oclock tomorrow morning.

Bill establishing Circuits Court Martil, was taken up amended, and then on motion referred to a committee of this House.
