172 Report on the petition of Isaac Ilsley & als in behalf of the Mariners Church, referring the petition to the net Legislature, came from the senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Bill regulating the fees of Jurors, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Ordered that the Senate be requested to take from their files the petition of the Proprietors of the Damariscotta Canal for a Lottery, which was presented to the last & referred to the present Legislature & send the same to this House - read & passed

Bible concerning Bible Societies, Religious Tract Societies & Societies for improvement in Sacred Music, was laid on the table with the report of the Conferees recommending that the same be indefinitely postponed. The House accepted the Report & postponed the Bill accordingly. Adjourned until ten oclock on Monday morning next
