Report on the petition of Oliver Prescott & als granting an order of notice, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed

Bill – authorizing the reduction of the Capital Stock of the Bangor Bank

which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence

were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of the town of Pittsfield, came from the Senate that body having postponed the consideration thereof indefinitely – The House insist upon their vote passing the Resolve to be engrossed, propose a conference & appoint as Conferees on their part Messrs Farnsworth of Norridgewock, Smith of Nobleboro & Footman of St Albans

Bill – to incorporate the Fayette Musical Society, came again from the Senate passed to be engrossed. The House adhere to their vote refusing the Bill passage.

Resolve respecting the Northeastern boundary of the State, reported in a new draft which was adopted, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

resolve fixing the place for the meeting of the Legislature of this State, came from the Senate so amended as to fix upon
