Resolve in favor of Isiah Dunn Junior, Moses Sweat & Noah Weeks, was read twice & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate. Bill to incorporate the Schoodic River Log Company was read a 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at nine oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Ordered that the Committee on the pay roll be directed to make up the pay of Andrews M Bradbury, the member from Standish for twenty miles travel & attendance up to the time he left this town on account of ill health - read and passed.

Resolve respecting Clerk hire in the office of the Secretary of State, came from the Senate amended as taken into a new draft for concurrence - The House adopt the new draft and pass the same to be engrossed as amended as on sheet annexed marked P. Sent up for concurrence.
