Report relating to Resolutions of the State of Alabama]

Mr. Hathaway from the Committee on Literature &c to whom was referred the GOVERNOR’S message of the 12th inst, and accompanying Resolutions of the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Alabama reported that Legislation on that subject is unnecessary. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence Concurred

Mr. Balkam from the Committee reported “Resolve providing for the settlement of the Accounts of the Managers of the Cumberland and Oxford Canal Lottery” and the same was read a second time and committed to Messrs Stebbins, Churchill and Hathaway.
