Mr. Stebbins from the Committee reported in a new draft Resolve respecting the State Road North of the Bingham purchases and the same was committed to Messrs. Balkam, Williams and Dennett.

Bill additional for securing to the owners their property in Logs Masts, Spars and timber in certain cases came up referred to the next Legislature and ordered to be printed in the mean time in the newspapers that publish the Laws, for concurrence & the Senate concurred.
