Mr. Dennett from the Committee on Incorporation of towns reported a reference to the next Legislature on the petition of the Inhabitants of the Eastern part of Hancock County for a half shire at Ellsworth – and the same was amended so as to grant the petitioners leave to bring in a Bill.
