Messrs Emery, Stebbins and Southwick from the Committee reported Resolve respecting the Accounts of the Managers of the Sullivan Bridge Lottery with their reasons why the same ought not to pass and the same was read a second time and passage refused – Sent down for concurrence – On motion by Mr. Washburn the Secretary was directed to procure 200 copies of the Report to be printed for the use of the Legislature.
