Mr. Green from the same Committee, on the petition of Samuel Small, John Plummer and others, to be set off from the town of Harrington, reported that the petitioners cause an attested copy of their petition with the order thereon to be served on the town Clerks of the towns of Harrington and Addison respectively, thirty days at least before the first wednesday of the first session of the next Legislature: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence: came up concurred. -
