Mr. Green from the Committee, on the petition of John Somes and others, for a new town, reported that the same be referred to the first session of the next Legislature: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence: came up concurred. -

Mr. Green from the same Committee, on the petition of Samuel Small, John Plummer and others, to be set off from the town of Harrington, reported that the petitioners cause an attested copy of their petition with the order thereon to be served on the town Clerks of the towns of Harrington and Addison respectively, thirty days at least before the first wednesday of the first session of the next Legislature: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence: came up concurred. -

Mr. Green from the same Committee, on the petition of Reuben Freeman and others of Mount Desert, for a division of said town, reported that the petitioners cause an attested copy of their petition with the order thereon to be served on the town Clerks of the towns of Mount Desert and Eden, respectively, thirty days at least before the first wednesday of the first session of
