Mr. McDonald from the Committee to whom was referred the Treasurer's Bond, reported that the same is good and sufficient: Read, and accepted, and ordered that the Bond be filed in the Secretary's office; sent down for concurrence: came up concurred. -

[Resolve respecting State Lands]

Resolve respecting States lands was read and passed to be engrossed: sent down for concurrence: came up concurred. -

[Resolve releasing land to Jnd. Perham]

Resolve authorizing release of certain land to John Perham, passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, was read and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House. -

[Committee concerng. Public Buildings in York County]

On motion of Mr. Dennett, Ordered that Messrs. McDonald, Dennet & Usher be a committee to consider the expediency of restricting the Court of Sessions for the County of York from erecting a jail or any other County buildings at the expense of the County, without the consent of the people of said county as to the location of such buildings. -
