Petitions of Samuel L Valentine & als of Mount Moriah Royal Arch Chapter praying to be incorporated- - of Amos Hills & al that real estate in Newry may be annexed to Bethel came from the Senate severally referred to the committee on the incorporation of Parishes ect for concurrence, & the House concurred.

Reports on the petitions of Jonathan Baker & al - of Issachar Kimball & al granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Bill to alter the fall term of the Court of Sessions in Oxford County, was read a third time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
