Mr. Witham from the Committee on engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied, viz.

Bill fixing the Compensation of the members of the Council, Senate and House of Representatives, Bill establishing Foxcroft Academy, Bill to incorporate Saco Lodge Bill to annex part of Jarves' Gore to Eddington, Bill to annex part of Thomas Patten's land to Hampden, and Bill to regulate the Salmon, Shad and Alewife fishery in the St. Croix & its branches, and they were severally passed to be enacted

The Senate then adjourned to nine oclock tomorrow morning. -
