[Bill authorizing the SJ.Court to lay out Highways &c]

Bill authorizing the Supreme Judicial Court to lay out or alter public Highways in certain cases. having been passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, and were read once and committed, and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for second reading. -

[Bill to incorporate Oriental Star Lodge]

Bill to incorporate the Oriental Star Lodge, was read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House.

[Committee on purchasing Standard of Weights & Measures]

On Motion of Mr. Bond, Ordered that Messrs. Bond and Kelleran be a Committee to consider the subject of purchasing a standard of weights and measures, with leave to report by Resolve or otherwise. -

[Resolve respecting Weights &c]

Mr. Bond from the Committee on that subject reported a Resolve respecting the purchase of a standard of weights and measures, and it was read and passed to be engrossed; sent down for concurrence. -
