On motion of Mr Leonard of Brewer,

   Ordered that the committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire what alterations are necessary in the fifth section of the act providing for the relief and support, employment and remoral of the poor, with leave ect. read & passed. Sent up for concurrence
